pkr97 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pkr97 platform (accessible at pkr97.bio and any associated sub-domains, applications, or services), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr97 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkr97 platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by pkr97, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, arcade games, bonus programmes, VIP loyalty schemes, and all associated account management functions.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The pkr97 platform is strictly restricted to adults. The following eligibility requirements apply to all players without exception:

pkr97 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To use the pkr97 platform's full functionality, players must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on pkr97 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pkr97 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are required to provide your legal full name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your account through the platform's Account Settings section or by contacting pkr97 Support.

3.4 Account Verification

pkr97 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Documents required may include proof of identity (CNIC/passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is mandatory before first withdrawal in all cases.

3.5 Non-Transferable Accounts

Your pkr97 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise share access to your account with any third party. Attempts to do so will result in permanent account closure.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr97 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically:

• You must not disclose your password or 2FA codes to any person under any circumstances, including persons claiming to represent pkr97 Support.
• pkr97 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to pkr97 immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pkr97 account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pkr97 Support immediately via live chat. pkr97 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• pkr97 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. While not currently mandatory, enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkr97 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on pkr97 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the USDT TRC20 option is selected.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account status; applicable limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

5.3 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means, funds that belong to third parties, or funds that are subject to legal proceedings, freezing orders, or other encumbrances. pkr97 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkr97 balance immediately upon successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take between 10 and 60 minutes to reflect. pkr97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be processed after you have (a) completed KYC identity verification to pkr97's satisfaction, (b) fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements in full, and (c) met any minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your selected payment method.

6.2 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

pkr97 applies a same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically feasible. This means funds will be returned to the same JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account from which they were deposited. This policy forms part of pkr97's anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance framework.

6.3 Processing Times

pkr97 targets the following processing times for approved withdrawal requests: JazzCash/EasyPaisa — approximately 15 minutes; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, SadaPay) — 1 to 24 hours; USDT TRC20 — under 10 minutes. These timeframes represent pkr97's internal processing targets and may be affected by third-party processing schedules, compliance review requirements, or system maintenance periods.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section. Players at higher VIP Reserve tiers may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. pkr97 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of responsible AML practices.

6.5 Right to Decline Withdrawal

pkr97 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline withdrawal requests where (a) identity verification has not been completed, (b) suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity is under investigation, (c) the account has been flagged for breach of these Terms, or (d) any other reasonable compliance ground exists.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by pkr97 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Players should read and understand all wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pkr97 prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. Prohibited behaviour includes: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies or low-variance betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other method designed to exploit pkr97's promotional systems. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and the account may be suspended.

7.4 VIP Reserve Programme

The pkr97 VIP Reserve Programme operates across five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Reserve). Tier allocation, cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, birthday bonuses, and other VIP benefits are determined by cumulative play volume across all product verticals. pkr97 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonus credits and free spins will expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. pkr97 is under no obligation to provide extensions on expired promotional offers.

08 Gaming Rules

All games available on pkr97 are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. The following general gaming terms apply to all games on the platform:

• RNG Fairness: All non-live-dealer games on pkr97 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are entirely determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) visible on camera and are final.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr97 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with pkr97 games or systems without express written authorisation from pkr97.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with pkr97's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your pkr97 account.
• Registering on behalf of, or allowing access to your account by, any person under 21 years of age.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime conducted through pkr97.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions, withdrawal limits, or account suspensions.
• Making chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after wagers have been settled.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr97 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface design, and database content — is the intellectual property of pkr97, its licensors, or its game studio partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr97 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any platform content.

Unauthorised use of pkr97's intellectual property — including reproducing brand materials, scraping game data, or creating derivative works — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr97 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the pkr97 platform.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• Errors or inaccuracies in information displayed on the platform, including odds or payout information, where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude pkr97's liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkr97's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pkr97 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

13 Privacy & Data

pkr97 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and account operation is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, customer support, and where you have consented, marketing communications.

Your continued use of the pkr97 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance through pkr97 Support.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr97 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkr97 platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:
